Inquiries. The availability may change at any given moment. The best way to guarantee your reservation is by placing a deposit. 

Deposit. After submitting your request and agreeing to the pricing & terms, we require deposit to lock the date in and a reservation confirmation will be sent with all the details to your email. 

Parking Spot. The customer is responsible for having a reserved parking spot for the ice cream truck the date of the event.

Notification. Contact person will receive a text/email when the ice cream truck is on it's way

Arrival. The ice cream truck will arrive 10-15 min before the event to set up.

Outsiders. To avoid outsiders from attempting to get ice cream provide each person with a ticket/wristband, in order for each person to present to the ice cream man/woman, to  be able to receive an ice cream.

Limited servings. People are known to come back to the ice cream truck for a second or even a third serving. Unless the chosen package offers unlimited ice cream, we will not be responsible for unsupervised people that get more than one serving.

Unlimited ice cream packages. Happy cones, Big items, Full Menu will be served one item at the time, In order to keep the fun of this service, each customer must order one item from the menu for the event, and come back  for more as many times as they want. This will allow us to keep the our fast flow service.

 Payments.  Cash/Zelle quick pay/credit cards are accepted as payment methods. For security reasons, we do not save the credit card information that was used to pay the deposit with. You will have to present the credit card physically or provide the credit card information the day of the event to pay the remaining balance before the truck leaves ; Unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon previously. 

 Tips. Tips for a job well done are very appreciated. 

Cancellation Policy. The deposit is non-refundable if an event is cancelled due to no fault of Swirl Ice Cream Truck. 

Date and Time Change. Choose your serve time wisely. We are flexible and we will try to work things out, but not always is possible to accommodate the time.

Bad Weather Our truck will come out to your event even if the weather is bad. If you cancel due to the weather, your deposit is non-refundable.
